There was an excellent Twitter chat this week on B2B marketing campaigns, with experts weighing in on whether they were still useful for reaching clients and engaging customers.

The answer from most was a resounding "of course"! 

Customer psychology, engagement, loyalty, advocacy, forecasting and, of course, customer service, are areas that many global B2B companies are exploring -- with a lot of success.

In fact, a recent project we worked on with one of our clients revealed just how effective a B2B customer-focused campaign can be.
